RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Valour gear. If something is not right, we will help you sort it.

Our returns process differs depending on where your item was purchased. Please follow the correct section below to avoid delays.

RETURN CONDITIONS

    • We offer exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
    • Items must be returned within the applicable timeframe outlined below.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.
    • Sale items are final sale unless faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

PROCESSING AND PAYMENTS

    • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
    • Processing timeframes apply from the date your return is received and assessed, not when it is sent.
    • Where a refund is approved for a faulty item, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
    • Where an item was purchased using a promotion, any return will be processed based on the discounted amount paid.
    • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

    • Returns submitted without the correct form may not be processed.
    • Returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed or may be delayed.
    • For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
    • Items returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

VALOUR DISCRETION

    • Valour reserves the right to assess all returns and determine eligibility at its discretion.
    • Valour reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
    • Valour reserves the right to refuse returns or restrict accounts where excessive or abnormal return activity is identified.
    • All decisions are final.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY - VALOUR SPORT

WHAT YOU CAN RETURN

  • Returned within 14 days of dispatch: eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Returned between 14 days and 3 months from dispatch: eligible for store credit only.
  • Returned after 3 months from dispatch: not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.
  • Change of mind returns are accepted only within the timeframes listed above.
  • Sale and Last Chance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

 

COST & PROCESSING

  • The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Valour is not liable for returns lost in transit. Tracked postage is strongly recommended.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once received.

FAULTY GOODS

FAULTY GOODS POLICY

Faulty items must be returned for assessment. Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Fault claims are not valid where:

  • General wear and tear
  • Unauthorised alterations
  • Incorrect washing or care
  • Second-hand purchases

CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the customised nature of these garments, Valour does not accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless the item is faulty or has been produced incorrectly in line with the approved order.

Custom items are not eligible for return where:

  • The item has been supplied as ordered, but you have changed your mind.
  • Incorrect sizing was selected at the time of order.
  • The item has been damaged through incorrect use or care.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  • Complete the correct return or exchange form.
  • Include the form inside your parcel.
  • Send your return to the correct address listed for your purchase type.
  • Returns sent incorrectly may result in delays.
