Nothing resonates more than shared experience. In today’s fast-paced and unpredictable world, sometimes all it takes is one moment of genuine connection and inspiration to make a lasting difference.

With Valour is a community initiative dedicated to supporting and improving the mental health of young athletes across Australia. Through this program, local sports clubs can nominate a young athlete who may need guidance, connecting them with a seasoned professional in their sport.

By connecting with a mentor who has faced similar challenges, young athletes can open up about their journey, receive meaningful advice, and feel truly understood. The ultimate goal is to demonstrate the power of determination and perseverance, reminding them that they’re not alone and inspiring them to tackle their own hurdles with confidence.

 

In 2021, in partnership with Netball NSW, we launched the One Team Initiative, to address the growing issue of young athletes leaving the sport due to restrictive regulation uniforms.

Designed with comfort, modesty and cultural sensibilities, the One Team range empowers community sporting clubs to create an inclusive environment, keeping athletes from all backgrounds and abilities engaged in the sports they love.

Every sporting journey begins on local sports teams and community fields–Just like ours did. On your local field, you learn how to lead, be a teammate, push past limits, bounce back from losses, and savour the wins. We’re deeply grateful to our local clubs for these invaluable lessons and opportunities, and we’ve made it our mission to give back in every way we can.
