RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your Valour sportswear just as much as we loved creating it for you.
But just in case it's not right, here’s our returns policy.

WE'RE HERE TO HELP

At Valour we put our heart and soul in the design and manufacture of our sportswear and sporting accessories. That’s why if something isn’t right, we’re happy to exchange or offer a credit to the value paid for the item(s).

Exchange and returns must be returned to Valour with proof of purchase in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, with its original packaging and the tags still attached. Refunds for change of mind will be issued to a Valour gift card.

Returns and exchanges, except where the item is deemed to be faulty, must be received by Valour within fourteen (14) days of the dispatch date.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a replacement, repair or refund or may be provided. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. A faulty goods claim cannot be made if:
  • The Goods have been subjected to fair, wear and tear
  • Unauthorised modifications or repair of the Goods
  • The Goods are damaged as a result of failing to comply with the manufacturer’s care and storage instructions, including but not limited to insect damage
  • The Goods are second hand, in that you are not the original purchaser of the Goods
  • If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are non-refundable and not exchangeable, unless the product is faulty or otherwise meets the requirements as outlined by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for us to do so.

EVENT PURCHASES

We are not able to provide an exchange or return if we do not have proof of purchase. To locate your order in the system we need your transaction to be linked to an email address, name or mobile number.  We encourage you to provide us with your information to link your purchase to an account to avoid the disappointment of not being able to exchange or return your item.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Valour cannot accept returns or exchanges of customised garments, unless items are found to be faulty, or incorrectly customised according to what was agreed with your association. Customised goods cannot be refunded if:
  • Customer simply changes their mind, decides they do not like the purchase or has no use for it. (under the Australian Consumer Law).
  • Discovers they can buy the goods or services more cheaply elsewhere.
  • Has damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable.
  • Incorrect size ordered.

PLEASE SEND ALL RETURNS TO THE RELEVANT STATE AND ENSURE ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ACCOMPANIED BY THE VALOUR RETURN FORM:

QLD returns should be sent to the NSW Head office.

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Valour will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and the credit applied to your account. Postage costs will not be refunded.
