What Is The Minimum Order Quantity?
Our minimum order is 25 pieces of the same garment.
How Long Does It Take To Produce Custom Sportswear?
Turnaround times vary based on the type of sportswear (cut-and-sew or sublimated) and whether you’re a new or existing client.
New Clients:

- Cut-and-sew sportswear: Up to 19 weeks (14 days for design, 7 days for review, 4 weeks for pre-production sample, 12 weeks for manufacture and delivery).
- Sublimated garments: Up to 8 weeks (14 days for design, 7 days for review, 2 weeks for pre-production sample, 4 weeks for manufacture and delivery).
Existing Clients:

- New cut-and-sew sportswear: Up to 19 weeks (refer to process above).
- Reordering existing designs: Within 12 weeks.
- Sublimated sportswear: Within 8 weeks.
How Will My Custom Sportswear Be Delivered?
Most orders are shipped via sea freight from our factory in China at no extra cost. If you prefer faster delivery, we can arrange air freight, though additional costs apply. Once stock arrives at our warehouse, we use trusted couriers to deliver to your specified address.
What Size Range Does Valour Offer?
Our sizes accommodate everyone, from Children’s Size 4 to Adults’ 6XL.
What Payment Methods & Terms Does Valour Accept?

For one-off orders, payment must be made in full before production. Repeat customers can apply for an account, allowing future orders to be invoiced upon dispatch from our Sydney warehouse, with 30-day payment terms.
Can Valour Provide Sportswear For Athletes & Children With Special Needs?
Absolutely. As proud partners of Special Olympics Australia, we’ve provided customised sportswear for events like the Trans-Tasman Games and World Winter Games. We’re experienced in adjusting garment fits for specific needs at no extra cost.
Where Is Valour Sportswear Manufactured?
Our products are crafted at our own factory, Talon Global, in Zhongshan, China. Established in 2017, Talon Global ensures we maintain full control over production, reduce environmental impact, and uphold high standards for employee safety.
